In order to maintain a high standard of wedding photography, I offer all my couples a customer satisfaction questionnaire for them to complete after the wedding. I constantly strive to improve myself, and feedback is very important to me.
I was very pleased and proud to see that Iselin and Karisa awarded me perfect scores of 10/10 in all questions relating to my photography and services before, during and after the wedding. And when asked if there was anything that could have been done to improve the service before the wedding, the response was “Nothing; you basically planned our wedding for us and went above and beyond what we expected!”
Making my couples happy gives me an enormous sense of professional pride, and to this day, sharing each and every wedding day with my couples is still, without doubt, a real privilege for me.
While flicking through the many photos of Iselin and Karisa that inevitably appear on facebook, the following one unexpectedly caught my eye – not least because someone had actually bothered to take it and upload it! It was taken by one of the bridesmaids and the tagline “The wonderful photographer!” makes it all worthwhile…
