I ask my couples to score me out of 10, for questions in the categories of before the wedding, on the day and after the wedding and overall, and allow them to add any comments should they wish.

Good planning of photographs helped plan the day! We loved every minute of the [engagement] photoshoot! With both of us quite shy, Jeff really put us at ease and made the experience a lot of fun! Also the reminder to smile was very helpful!
