I found this photo as I was archiving away some stuff on my laptop and thought I’d post it here. It was my first attempt at creating a fake tilt-and-shift effect photo.

I took the original photo on top of Sydney Harbour Bridge, and it was a good top-down viewpoint to edit in Photoshop to create an almost ‘toy town’ effect - I compressed the ‘depth of field’ by blurring both the foreground and background and boosted the saturation.

There are loads of guides online on how to do this if you’re feeling inspired.
