More Customer Feedback

As mentioned in a previous post, I conduct a customer satisfaction questionnaire after every wedding to ensure that I maintain my high standards – I want to know each and every area where my couples think I can improve.

The other day I received feedback from my latest couple and I am proud to say that once again I was scored 10/10 for every question relating to the service and photography provided before, during and after the wedding.

When asked if I could have done anything to improve the service before the wedding, the couple said:

“Nothing else, we had a great service before hand, the planning was very detailed.”

On a closing note, the couple added:

“We were really happy with the service we received from Jeff and the photos were outstanding. We would recommend him to anyone that wants to capture those magic moments. Thank you.”

Since posting Iselin and Karisa’s mini set of engagement photos on Facebook, I have seen some very kind comments on the couple’s walls. Here are what some people have said about my photos of the couple:

We have another shoot arranged soon, since the last one was cut-short by the weather. More photos will follow, and I for one cannot wait for the wedding now.
