It’s been a super crazy year for weddings following an equally crazy year of covid restrictions. After my busiest year ever, which also happened to be my 10th year in wedding photography, I’m partly happy that the wedding season is nearly over and I get to have a break (well-earned and deserved in my opinion!), and recharge my batteries (mentally, not my actual batteries - those I ensure are always fully charged!), but also partly sad that I don’t get to do what I absolutely love for a few months.
Just two more weddings to go before Christmas, one of which is the sister of one of my grooms from a couple of years ago, which I am looking forward to - always an honour to be called back to photograph a family member or friend. And just today, I have a message from one of my bride’s from nearly ten years ago who is renewing her vows next year!
So I guess I’ll take this winter break, and then it’s all go again come next year! Here are a few random favourites from this year.
