There are plenty of brides and grooms-to-be who cannot wait to get in front of the camera on their special day, but equally, there are many couples who are nervous at the thought of being photographed. If you love being in front of the lens, then an engagement photoshoot is an ideal opportunity to have some fun before your wedding. On the other hand, if you’re feeling anxious, it can be a good way to help you become more relaxed and get to know the process of wedding photography.

On the day, wear something that you feel comfortable in, and something that reflects your personality. It’s supposed to be a fun and casual photoshoot, so there is no dress-code. During the session, hints and tips will be given on how to pose, so couples are fully prepared and know what to expect on the wedding day. Have a bit of fun and boost your confidence at the same time!

The photoshoot is also an ideal opportunity to check out your wedding venue, and engagement photoshoots are often done at the venue itself if possible. This also allows for the scouting of the where the best photographic locations are. Otherwise, with so many stunning locations and venues throughout the country, a beautiful backdrop is rarely hard to find.

Pricing

A session fee of £175 for an engagement photoshoot which lasts around an hour
This includes a USB drive containing all of the images from the photoshoot
Opportunity to purchase prints and products afterwards
Travel within a reasonable distance is waived, but for locations further afield, a travel fee may apply (at cost only)
